An evening in Sitges, waiting for the red moon, became the starting point for this series. We photographed tiled steps, wooden boats and the shoreline as daylight faded, then introduced Santa & Cole’s portable lamps into these settings through AI. Their independence from a fixed power source suggested a simple possibility: bringing the intimacy of domestic light to places beyond the home. Each lamp creates a small, intimate space, connecting the scale of the object with the open landscape.

We travelled to photograph the locations; the lamps did not need to. The project explores how traditional location photography can become the setting for a product story without bringing the object to the site.
